The hotel is strategically located near the Galleria area with convenient access to malls and eateries. The rooms are well-equipped with a mini kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, but there were issues with small black ants in the bed causing discomfort. The service was lacking as staff seemed unprepared for breakfast service and laundry. Despite the pleasant location, the lack of regular housekeeping every 7 days was noticed. The dining options were limited to prepackaged muffins and granola bars, not meeting expectations. There was a slight inconvenience with the kitchen faucet. Overall, the price did not fully align with the value received.

Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be clean but unprepared, with a lingering smell of smoke that affected our belongings, making them smell like curry. On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient for my upcoming morning meeting. The service was a mixed experience with unhelpful staff but also some helpful moments. The dining options were limited, only offering coffee and a muffin. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel did have its highlights and drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious with a kitchenette facility, despite being a bit outdated, but the cleanliness was good. The best part was the prime location close to the Galleria mall and various stores, and the price was reasonable. However, there were concerns about the cleanliness in some areas, like the neighboring rooms.
